Mobile Lab NBCR Biosafety level BSL3 BSL4

NBCR (*) mobile lab are special vehicles, inside which technologically advanced laboratories for chemical analyzes are made, to make it possible to carry out the first investigations for the recognition of hazardous substances, conventional and otherwise, equipped with special instruments such as portable detectors for the detection of toxic gases, emergency shower, eye wash, etc. and for biological analyzes, for the study of samples and filters potentially contaminated by bacteria or viruses, equipped with all the accessories necessary for taking samples and in particular equipped with a GLOVE BOX.
The mobile lab is designed with particular and exclusive construction solutions for EMERGENCY INTERVENTIONS and for use also in contaminated areas and in extreme climate conditions.
Our company has specialized in recent years in the design and construction of GLOVE BOXes designed to be installed in these types of special airborne NBCR (*) laboratories.
We provide these unique projects to national and international government bodies such as the Ministry of Defense, Civil Protection, United Nations

► The GLOVE BOX is defined class III biological safety cabinet, as it is totally sealed, the manipulations take place by means of gloves inserted in the structure, the working environment is at negative pressure, the filtration is of Hepa / Ulpa type both inlet and outlet, it is equipped with a pre-chamber for passage with double interlocked doors so it GUARANTEES THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PERSONAL PROTECTION OF THE OPERATOR AND THE ENVIRONMENT and is installed in laboratories of MAXIMUM CONTAINMENT level BSL4 , where not only manipulations of carcinogens and products with high biological risk are performed, but also processing of material containing dangerous infectious agents of GROUP 4 and exotic with possible air transmission, associated with potentially lethal human diseases for which vaccines are not available.
The GLOVE BOX can be equipped with a work area with autocalves used to decontaminate all the material that enters or exits; several glove boxes can be connected in series (modular) to expand the work areas.
