 The equipment is designed , manufactured and certified with conformity to Atex  directives, using pressurization with nitrogen and to ensure that the chamber and lateral pass-through are inertized.    The automation system will provide for the launch of the machine start, a phase of inertization that will perform the washing cycle of the chambers with nitrogen up to bring the residual oxygen levels below the values of 2-3% and thus make the rooms safe for use with solvents.
Equipment contain a management system of all weighing process operation parameters, which allows the adjust-ment of the exhausting system, light, view of the pressure differential in the main chamber and in the lateral pass-through, pressure control, filters change and oxygen control, alarms, setup, and management of the process parameters, with operation time and records, also have programs access control, in addition to the other necessary items to ensure safety and operation of the equipment.
